HOTEL POLICIES/HOUSE RULES

We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience.  the following hotel policies/house rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the resort. these hotel policies/house rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

• Check in time: 12.00 noon
• Check out time: 10.00 am/ 4.00 pm
• Early check in and late checkout is subject to the availability. additional charges may apply for early check in / late checkout.
• We require valid photo id (aadhar card, driving license, passport) of each traveler at the time of check in.

PAYMENTS

• 50% advance to be paid for the confirmation of the booking & balance of the package value to be paid at the time of check in.
• Extras to be settled at the time of check out.
• We accept cash / visa, master, rupay cards. Card transactions will attract 2% extra charges. 

SWIMMING POOL

• Pool access is allowed from 07:00 am to 07.00 pm.
• Swimming costume (nylon / lycra) is compulsory in the pool.
• Swimming costumes available at resort (purchase basis)

RESTAURANT

• We serve veg, non veg & Jain meals as per preference with separate kitchens.
• Kindly inform us prior for Jain preference as well as choviyar fast.

FREE WI-FI ACCESS:

• Wi-Fi is Available in public areas only i.e. Reception & Restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of cancellation, you will need to inform via e-mail us at least 10 days in advance (cancellation requests submitted less than 10 days prior to your check in date will not be considered). we will issue a credit voucher of the amount that has been received. you will need to check availability well in advance for your future booking, as booking will be subject to availability. the rates prevalent during revised dates will apply to your booking.

CAR RENTAL

• We will assist with car rentals at an additional cost.

PET POLICY

• We are not pet friendly.

CHILD POLICY

• Upto 4 years: free of charge (without extra bed)
• Between 5-10 years: 60% of the adult charges. (with / without extra bed)
• Above 10 years: shall be considered as an adult.

PARKING AT OWNER’S RISK

All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in.  parking for in house guest(s) is free.  all vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICIES/HOUSE RULES

Dew Drops Boutique Retreat reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these hotel policies/house rules or the arrangements and content featured on our hotel website at any time without prior notice.

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you. resort reserves the right to retain the cost for the same.
